Grant Management Council (Coordination Council)
Grant Management Council strategically oversights the Project implementation.
The main tasks of the Board:
- Discussion and evaluation of the Project results;
- Elaboration of the decisions and suggestions on further development of legal aid;
- Providing liaison of Project with the other civil society, business and pro bona organizations;
- Assistance in the Project promotion before the governmental bodies.
Project Coordination Board includes representatives of Russian Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Public Security of Perm Region, Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, Legal Department of the Government of the Russian Federation, Perm Regional Court, Leningrad Regional Court, and Ombudsmen in Perm Region. Therefore, the members of Project Coordination Board are important stakeholders in the society and are in capacity of the resources distribution.
During the Project implementation regular sessions of Project Coordination Board are summoned. During these sessions critical issues on the current state and prospects of the Project implementation are discussed.
In general Project Coordination Board should work to strengthen the institutional basis of the Project and become a platform where constructive discussions lead to effective decisions.
