This brochure aims at providing information to those who already has applied or considers applying to the magistrate courts. Therefore, it covers the questions ordinary faced by the individuals: how the system works and what could be done to avoid common mistakes. It covers the main judicial procedures during the civil and administrative trials. In the preparation of the brochure the results of the monitoring of the proceedings at the magistrate courts (conducted by the project “Access to Justice”) were used.
