Almost 30 years of Institute's comprehensive work has resulted in precedent decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the European Court for Human Rights.

Institute's History
In 1993, when the new Constitution of Russia was underway, the Moscow Public Scientific Foundation has established the Center for Constitutional Research of Eastern and Central Europe. Seven years later, the Center transformed into an independent organization – the Institute for Law and Public Policy.
